I also find it unethical you have not updated your delivery times during covid19 when it's well known deliveries are taking longer.

We ask our customers to wait the 20 working days as our postal services companies say that your order may still be delivered within this time frame so we have to wait this amount of time until we are able to process your order as lost in transit.

Sadly we do not have tracking for orders going to your country but all orders are insured so you will be compensated if your order does not arrive.
